上星期日我們在Living Word Christian Center舉行主日崇拜。我再一次感受到facility團隊, GUMers, 兒童部，影音部，敬拜團隊以至所有參與的弟兄姊妹的高效率和合作性，令我們能順利在一個陌生的地方舉行聚會。謝謝您！
有關裝修工程的進度，我們仍然在按計劃進行，總承建商和市政府官員預定在6/15作一次建築檢查。如一切順利，我們很有可能在6/21父親節在新堂舉行第一次崇拜。
- 為我們將繼續在南灣聯繫和服務更多的會眾祈禱。
- 為裝修工程進入最後階段祈禱，總承建商的成本只上升了少許，由1.28M到1.34M，但我們仍需努力達到籌募目標。
- 為我們的電器承建商Howell Electric的家庭禱告。他20歲的兒子在Memorial day前一天自殺身亡。
- 為我們的推廣團隊禱告，他們正在忙於設計我們的大堂和兒童室。
- 為我們的IT團隊，facility團隊，合唱團及敬拜團隊，GUMers，兒童部和影音部團隊禱告。他們只有不到一個星期的時間去安置和排練我們於6月21日的崇拜。
- 為所有正在尋找工作或在其他生活問題掙扎的禱告。求他們將不會失去他們的信仰，歡樂，和平與愛我們的主。

Progress
1. We have further approved 4 Change Orders (CO) as of 6/3 (Wednesday) with the cost of $5,982. All the changes are related to the code requirements.
2. The total contract sum including all approved change orders is now $ 1,340,760.
3. GC started installing flooring this Monday and will be completed by Friday (6/5).
4. GC is going to layout the assembly chairs next Tuesday (6/9) and will start mounting all chairs between 6/10 and 6/12.
5. GC prepares all the start-up and testing next week.
6. GC is planning to work overtime next weekend to cleanup the site before all the inspections on Monday June 15th. Also the architects and GC will walk-thru the site and do the punch list on the same day. The church needs to provide the owner’s punch list on the June 13th weekend.
7. GC is planning to schedule all the inspections on June 15th. Second round of inspection on 17th is scheduled and to be sure they could make any corrections within a day to obtain the occupancy permit. The construction completion date is set on June 17th.
8. Please pray for the owner of our electrical sub-contractor, Howell Electric. His son shot himself to death and his sudden death is a big shock to his family and friends. Please pray for the family in this difficult time. Pray that God’s peace and mercy will be with this young man’s family and friends.
9. Please pray for the last week of construction and pray for the City inspectors to work closely with the GC and will grant us the occupancy permit without further comments.
