New building updates 6/11 |

我們的總承建商已完成大部分工程，並準備在下星期一(6/15)作樓宇檢驗。這多麼令人振奮！如果一切順利，我們將在下週三(6/17)獲得使用許可證，並在6/21舉行第一次崇拜。我們只有4天時間設罝和準備我們的崇拜，所以我們需要您的幫助，將物資由phase2搬到phase1，並設罝兒童部的房間。我們的facility團隊將會儘快邀請您們幫助。除了下週六，我們可能還需要星期四和星期五晚上的幫助。如果你能撥出時間，請聯絡Daniel Chan, Lok Liu或John Hui。
您可能會留意到我們週報的記錄，我們還欠缺30萬裝修預算。如果您有感動可以再作出一點捐獻，我鼓勵你們這樣做！請將我們的需要與其他人分享並禱告尋求上帝的供應。
我們祈求這個星期日將會是最後一個在Living Word Christian Center的崇拜。我們需要一同尋求上帝的旨意和恩典。崇拜在上午10時開始。盼望能在那裏見到你們！
- 請為樓宇檢驗禱告，讓我們能順利通過消防隊長的檢測，在父親節在新堂作第一次崇拜。
- 請為我們的裝修經費禱告，求神繼續供應，使我們能籌集足夠的資金來支付裝修費用。
- 請為我們的Media小組禱告，他們將在未來一周安裝音響設備，讓我們在新堂能得到更好的聲音和視像效果，加強我們在敬拜和其他教會事工上更有感染力。
- 請為我們的詩班禱告，他們將會在6月21日的崇拜帶領唱詩，第一天在我們的新堂歌頌我們的天父！求主讓他們帶領我們用心靈和誠實敬拜。
- 請為所有正在尋找工作或在其他生活問題掙扎的弟兄姊妹和朋友禱告。求主給予力量，安慰並供應。
- 請為我們的城市，州政府和國家禱告，讓政府官員們能找出妥善的方法，解決嚴重的財政赤字問題。

Progress
1. As of today, we have approved total of $82,602 amount of change orders and the total contract sum becomes $1,346,608.
2. The HVAC sub-contractor has inspected the existing AC units and heater and found that there are several units have to be replaced. The total cost of the proposal including all the repairs and replacement of four AC units and one heater is $18,115. We have approved $2,751 to replace two motors of AC units that required to do the start-up for the inspection. We will further review the other items in the proposal.
3. GC has layout the chairs on Wednesday (6/10) and will start mounting all chairs by Thursday (6/11).
4. Most of the works will be completed by this Friday (6/12) for next week inspection. There are some non-inspection items that GC will continue to work on next week (e.g. sound booth, lighting & projection mount, etc.)
5. GC will perform all the cleaning this Saturday. The church will have the walk-thru this Sunday to prepare the owner’s punch list.
6. The architects and GC will walk-thru the site and do the punch list on Monday morning.
7. GC has scheduled the fire inspections on June 15th and 16th. They also have scheduled a preliminary building inspection on June 15th to find out if there are any outstanding items needed to be followed up before final inspection on June 17th (Wednesday). The construction completion date is set on June 17th.
8. GC will schedule a training session with all the vendors next Friday (6/19).
9. Please pray for the next week final inspection and the City will grant us the occupancy permit on Wednesday (6/17). Please also pray for GC and other sub-contractors to complete all the remaining works diligently so that we can have our first Sunday worship on June 21th.
