1. The mechanical system at foyer is installed in wrong location. Due to a huge cost and time delay we decided to go ahead with the current location. We will follow up with Sal regarding updated soffit design to cover the unit.
2. Door finish is finalized. Order in progress.
3. HPM has revised the gas monitoring contract for the church to review. Scope will now includes installation. Power and electric will be provided by SBC.
4.�per contractor, electrical work inspection passed last week.
5. The completion date per today's progress will be 6/8.
6. The contractor will prepare the first bill early next week.
7. We will obtain paint for final sign-off this weekend.
