1. We have finally signed the contract on 4/21 (Tuesday).
2. The gas monitoring design has been approved by the City. HPM Systems based on the approved plan and prepared a proposal for the shelter-in-place gas monitoring system equipment. GC will provide installation of the system.
3. GC has started putting up all the electrical works and wall insulation since last Thursday. GC has scheduled the last round of frame and electrical inspection on 4/23 (Thursday). If the works get passed the inspection, GC will put up the drywalls right after and all the walls will be finished by next week.
4. GC has revised the schedule accounting for the 6 days delay and now the new completion date is June 4th.
