It was on the road to Damascus that Apostle Paul met Jesus as his Lord and turned his life 180 degrees around. Damascus was where Paul was baptized and began proclaiming Jesus as the Christ. Thus, it was in Damascus that a great missionary work was born. Let Damascus remind us of what amazing work God did in Paul's life and can do in ours. May Damascus be the place where lives are changed and Christ is proclaimed! |

As in the prayer of Jabez in 1Chronicle 4:10a, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory!" We want to enlarge our horizon to see the world outside of bay area, outside of our comfort zone, and see what is our God's response to different imminent social issues. We will learn from the Bible on how our loving God see this world, and be ready to surrender ourselves and carry our cross to follow Jesus. |
