親愛的匯點人，

本星期日我們只有一堂崇拜，在上午10時開始。所有兒童和青少年將一同與成人在禮拜堂崇拜後才返回自己課室，所以請儘早到禮拜堂，以方便找到一個好位置崇拜！

在聖誕節當日，我們將再一次聯合崇拜，以紀念神在2000多年前將他的兒子作為禮物送給我們。我們將在上午11時開始，浸禮將安排在第一部分的崇拜環節中，以慶祝那些新信主進入基督的人有新的生活。如果你知道有朋友尚未受浸禮，請鼓勵他/她這樣做。他們可致電教會或聯絡潘智翔傳道Pastor Justin Pan查詢詳情。

這個星期五晚上，我們有超過70人報名幫助“Pack of Love”。感謝主！我們還將在大堂佈置一棵聖誕樹。讓我們先有一個輕鬆快樂的時間，才到星期六發放“Pack of Love”到社區，地點是在Milpitas food pantry at 196 S. Main Street。如果你想加入我們，我們歡迎你這樣做。時間是由上午9時至中午12時。

在12月24日，聖誕前夕，我們將會有匯點第一次的聖誕報佳音。地點有三個：環球廣場，Ulfert歐化中心和City Square Center(Lion Center旁邊)。不過請大家注意，時間是在下午2:30pm至5pm，不是在夜間。如果你有興趣到現場一同與人群唱詩，請聯絡Cherrie Wong。

祈禱事項：

1. 感謝讚美主！祂犧牲自己的獨生子耶穌基督，為了去拯救我們。祈求這個聖誕節期會為絕望的人帶來希望，並祈求神的平安臨到他們身上，使他們能夠恢復心情和力量去過每一天。
2. 感謝讚美主！在上星期六舉行了小組領袖訓練，當天有４０人參加。祈求聖靈鼓舞他們，讓他們常存有喜樂的心去事奉小組。
3. 請為今個星期日的崇拜和聖誕節特別崇拜禱告，祈求整個流程能夠順利，並讓我們全心全意用心靈誠實去敬拜主耶穌基督。 請為那些已接受耶穌基督為救主的信眾禱告，祈求他們能夠以受浸的行動去表明信心。
4. 請為MCR親子互動計劃代禱，祈求陳恩賜牧師和他的同工能夠繼續為MCR編寫教材，讓他們可以培育一班擁有美好品格的小孩，並使家長成為小孩的好導師和好伙伴。
5. 請為弟兄姊妹禱告，祈求他們在未來兩個星期的假期中能夠得到充足的休息。

Dear basic

We will have only one service this Sunday at 10 a.m. All our children and youth will worship with us before they return to their own class, therefore, come early to secure a good seat to worship!

On Christmas Day, we will have another joint service to commemorate God’s gift of His Son sent over 2000 years ago. We will begin the service 11 a.m. and a baptismal service will be scheduled in the first part of the worship to celebrate the new life given by Christ to those who believe. If you know of someone who has not yet received baptism, please encourage him/her to do so. They may call the church or contact Pastor Justin for details.

This Friday night, we have over 70 people signed up to help “pack the love”, praise the Lord! We will also decorate our Christmas tree together in the foyer. It will be a fun time before we distribute the “packed love” on Sat. in front of the Milpitas food pantry at 196 S. Main Street. If you want to stop by and join us, feel free to do so. We will be there from 9 a.m. to noon.

On 12/24, Christmas Eve, we will have Crosspoint’s very first caroling in 3 locations: Milpitas Square, Ulfert’s Center and Milpitas Green Center next to Lion Center. However, please take a note that we will do it in the afternoon from 2:30 to 5, NOT at night. If you are interested to show up at the scene and sing along in the crowd, please contact Cherrie Wong.

Prayer requests:

1. Praise and thank God for His sacrifice of sending His only begotten Son to save us. Pray that this Christmas season will bring much hope to all in desperate situations. Pray for God’s peace upon them that they would regain their posture and have strength for living.
2. Praise and thank God for an encouraging small group leadership training last Sat. We had about 40 people shown up and let’s pray that they would be inspired and getting excited in serving their group next year.
3. Pray for this Sunday service and the Christmas Day service that every arrangement will go smoothly that Our Lord Jesus would be the focus and we will worship wholeheartedly in spirit and in truth. Pray that those who have accepted Christ would be willing to take the step in expressing their faith through baptism.
4. Pray for the MCR program that Pastor Chan and his team will continue to develop materials and lessons that would raise happy good kids with wonderful character, but help our parents become better mentor and coach to their children as well.
5. Pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are taking vacation in these coming 2 weeks that they could relax and recuperate from a stressful living style.
