親愛的匯點人，

感謝主，讓大家與家人和朋友剛渡過一個美好的感恩節假期。當我們進入聖誕節的月份，我們要記住它的真實意義，是要慶祝神的恩典，因祂差遣祂的獨生子耶穌來到世上。這個星期日我們將開始一個新的講道系列，求主讓我們學習將最好的禮物帶給家人和朋友。

上星期日，我們在會員的年會員大會中表決通過教會2010年的Trustees和預算。我們有很多縮減開支的計劃，但我們不會減少或停止發展我們的事工。我們知道，主會供應我們去成就祂要我們完成的事。我們作為一個匯點人，應該做的就是忠於我們的崗位。如果大家都將我們從神而來的作什一奉獻，我們決不會滿足不到我們的需要。明年，我們通過的預算總數 為$1,489,760，低於2009年零點三個百份點(0.3%)。明年我們的主題是：[關顧人心，生命更新]！

1. 感謝讚美主！讓大專小組有一個成功的感恩節音樂福音晚會。祈求神幫助那些有興趣接受耶穌基督為救主的學生，讓他們能夠有信心繼續在主裡成長，並接受那從神而來的救恩。
2. 感謝讚美主！因祂幫助我們解決電力供應的問題。求神使我們有智慧使用教會來完成神的使命。
3. 請為眾匯點人禱告，祈求神讓我們有合一的心去關懷人，並讓生命得從聖靈更新。
4. 請為教牧同工和所有的領袖同工們禱告，祈求神讓他們能為著教會的健康改革計劃一同事奉，使我們的靈命日增。
5. 請為我們的青少年與兒童禱告，他們正為十二月廿日的崇拜作排練。祈求神讓他們能夠學會用神賜予他們的才能去敬拜讚美神。
6. 請為未接受浸禮的信眾禱告，祈求他們能在十二月廿五日聖誕節，以受浸的行動去表明信心。

Dear Crosspoint basic

I pray that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family. As we enter the month of Christmas, let’s remember its true meaning is to celebrate God’s grace by sending His only begotten Son. We will begin a new series this Sunday and I pray that we would learn to bring the best gift to family and friends.

Last Sunday, we had our annual membership meeting to vote on our church trustees and adopt our 2010 budget. We have trimed back many of our expenses, however, we won’t cut down or stop developing our ministry. We have learned that Our Lord will provide what He asks us to do. What we, as a Crosspointer should do is to be faithful on our part. We will never fall short of our need if we all give our tithe to the Lord. Next year, our approved budget grand total will be $1,489,760, 0.3% less than 2009. Next year, our theme will be: Care of people, Renew our life (關顧人心, 生命更新)!

We will have class 301 this Sunday afternoon and you are welcome to attend the class learning your SHAPE and the right attitude for Christian service if you didn’t have a chance to do so.

Prayer requests:

1. Praise and thank God for a successful Thanksgiving Day music evangelistic gathering for the college students. Pray for those who expressed their interest in accepting Christ as their Savior and Lord that their faith will continue to grow and receive God’s free gift of salvation.
2. Pray for the heart of all Crosspointers will be united to care and bring spiritual renewal of our life.
3. Pray for the pastoral staff and all volunteer leaders that they would serve closely as a team to carry out the health care reform plan for our spiritual wellbeing.
4. Pray for our youth and children as they are rehearsing in worshipping with us on 12/20. Pray that they would learn to praise God with their gifts and talents.
5. Pray for those believers who have not yet received baptism will take the necessary step to express their faith through act on Christmas Day, 12/25.
