親愛的匯點人，

你最近好嗎？我知道很多人都在生活上某些事上有掙扎。我們的祈禱天使和教牧同工將繼續祈求上帝的幫助和解脫，讓祂的恩典臨到你們身上！

一年一度的教會增長大會將在10/17在我們的教會舉行。我懇請你要利用這個機會，裝備自己作天國的事工。請在星期日前向你的小組組長報名，以便工作人員準備足夠的午餐。教會將支付你的費用。

教牧同工將在未來兩個星期與各組分區開會，以計劃和制定2010年的預算。這是一個新的途徑來尋找有教育性的構思，以建立和發展匯點的事工。請為你的牧師，區代表，輔導員和小組領袖禱告。

我們下一次浸禮的時間是10/18星期日下午2:30pm。3位弟兄姊妹已經報名，透過這個有意義的行動以表達自己的信仰。如果你有小組組員信了主，請鼓勵他們也這樣做。

祈禱事項：

1. 感謝讚美神因祂賜給我們有足夠的力量去面對人生不同的挑戰。感謝神藉著教會與小組賜給我們安慰與鼓勵。
2. 求神使所有的基督徒都有勇氣為了信仰而站起來。求神使我們不會為了維持舒適的生活或為了害怕別人的看法而在信仰上作出妥協。
3. 請為教牧同工和每一個zone的領袖們代禱，他們正在籌劃2010年的開支預算和事工計劃。求聖靈感動他們使他們知道如何去計劃幫助教會繼續去成長。
4. 請為國語的事工代禱。求神使核心同工們能夠有異象去服事國語的社群。求神使我們能夠全心全力去幫助，支持，和鼓勵他們。
5. 請繼續為大專的事工代禱，他們已經在兩周前開始了新的學期。求神使我們能夠找到新的學生來幫忙事奉。也求神使我們能夠善用每一個機會去引導學生們思想有關生命與信仰的問題。

Dear basic

How are you doing so far? I know that many of us are struggling one way or other in various life situations. Our prayer angels and pastoral staff will continue to pray for God’s deliverance and shower His grace upon you!

The annual church development conference will be held at our church this year on 10/17. May I urge you to take advantage of this opportunity equipping yourself for the kingdom service. Please sign up with your group leaders by Sunday so that the organizers could order enough lunch for everyone. The church will pay for your cost.

The pastoral staff will be having zone meeting in the coming 2 weeks to plan and prepare the budget for 2010. This is a new approach in soliciting educative ideas to build and develop Crosspoint’s ministry. Please pray for your pastors, your zone rep., coaches and small group leaders.

We will have another baptismal service coming up on Sunday at 2:30, 10/18. 3 people have signed up to express their faith through this meaningful act. Please encourage people in your groups to do the same if they claim to be the followers of Christ.

Prayer requests:

1. Praise and thank God for adequate strength to keep our head above water for various life issues. Praise and thank God for His comfort and encouragement at church  and through fellowship with our Christian friends.
2. Pray for those who claim to be Christian would have the courage standing up for their faith in everything they do. Pray that we won’t compromise what we believe to secure an easier lifestyle and more comfortable relationship with other people.
3. Pray for the pastors and zone leadership as they are making plan and preparing the budget for 2010. Pray that they would be able to figure out under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, how we could reinforce our spiritual foundation and  further develop our ministry.
4. Pray for our Mandarin ministry that the core group would have the vision in reaching out to the Mandarin speaking community. Pray fervently also that we will not leave them alone but take heart to help, support and encourage them.
5. Pray for our college ministry as the new semester had begun 2 weeks ago. Pray that we are able to identify and recruit new students to help out. Pray also that we could well utilize every opportunity to draw their attention to think about life and faith.
