親愛的匯點人，

上星期日我分享了我的夢想，看到停車塲全滿，禮拜堂座無虛席。這並不看重數字，郤是關心失喪靈魂的危急處境。你有看到在海地的地震災民面上的表情嗎？你有看到眾多傷者和恐懼的人睡在街上嗎？你有看到他們是如何的無助？因為他們已失去所有的一切，這些都是未信者靈魂失喪的處境。撒旦正積極地用各種邪教和偽宗教把人拉到黑暗的地獄裏。在這種情況下，我們基督徒又怎能只顧休息而不動心呢？

這個星期，當我在準備門徒訓練課程時，神提醒了我，傳福音是從敬虔的生活開始。當我們與神保持密切的關係，學習在思想和行為上都像耶穌，我們就會更察覺和了解這些極度需要神的人的危急情況。我們會看到領他們歸主的迫切性，而我們的生活模式將成為一個橋梁，讓他們得到拯救！我們都需要成為一個真正的基督徒，一個小耶穌，一個小保羅！

這就是為什麼我希望每個人都參與匯點門徒訓練課程，每天學習「關顧人心，生命更新」！

我鼓勵你們現在就開始尋求與神建立更密切的關係，通過委身奉獻，參與主日崇拜，小組和聖經研習班，但最重要是要做一個順服天父的孩子！

祈禱事項：

1. 感謝讚美主！祂賜予我們能力和機會去成長和關心身邊的人。祈求我們不會抑制我們憐憫的心，並伸出我們救助的手。
2. 請為海地和當地的人民禱告，特別是那些地震的災民。祈求他們能夠勇敢地面對這場大災難。亦祈求從其他國家寄去當地的救援物資，能夠在短時間內，運送到那些最需要救援的人當中。
3. 祈求神給予我們各人一個從神而來的夢想和目的，以致我們能夠努力尋求去過一個更有意義的人生。
4. 請為那些已報讀生命之道研經班的弟兄姊妹禱告。祈求他們能夠對學習聖經起更大的興趣。
5. 請為那些合資格參加「小保羅」訓練的弟兄姊妹禱告。祈求他們願意更多的去認識新的門徒訓練計劃，並對神在他們生命中的呼召作預備。

Dear Crosspoint basic

I shared with you my dream last Sunday to see overflowed parking situation and a fully packed worship hall. It’s not about numbers but the desperate situation of the lost souls. Have you seen the face of the victims in Haiti after the great earthquake? Have you seen how the wounded and scary people sleeping in the street? Have you seen how lost and how hopeless they were since all their belongings were gone? This is the spiritual state of the unbelievers in. While Satan is aggressively mobilizing various cults and false religions to snatch people into the darkness of hell, how can we Christians sit still and desire rest?

When I prepared my discipleship class for this week, I was reminded that evangelism flows from a godly life. When we stay close with God and learn to think and behave like Jesus, we could not help but be more aware of the desperate situation of these people. We will see the urgency of bringing them to Christ and our lifestyle will become a channel leading them to salvation. We all need to become a genuine disciple of Christ, a little Jesus, a little Paul!!!

This is why I want to see everyone at Crosspoint going through a discipleship process learning to care of people, renew our life (關顧人心, 生命更新) on a daily basis!

May I encourage you to begin now seeking to build a closer relationship with God through personal devotion, attending worship service, small group and Bible study, and the most important being an obedient child of our Heavenly Father!

Prayer requests:

1. Praise and thank God for giving us the ability and opportunity to grow and care of people! Pray that we would not withhold our compassion and extend our saving hands.
2. Pray for Haiti and its people in particular those earthquake victims that they would be strong in facing such a big disaster. Pray that help and relief effort from other countries would be able to deliver to the most needed in a short time.
3. Pray for a dream, a purpose from the Lord that you would seek to live a more meaningful life.
4. Pray for those who signed up for the Word of Life Bible study that they would develop a greater interest in studying the Bible.
5. Pray for those who are qualified to be trained as “Little Paul” that they would be willing to know more about the new discipleship program and be prepared for God’s call in their life.
