匯點人培訓中心的目的是希望能透過循環式的四步訓練，來幫助信徒將信仰與生命合而為一。在日常生活裡常經歷神的實在，漸漸長成基督的身量。這是匯點人培訓中心的理念。

四步訓練在四個不同的範疇裡提供切實的課程，分別是：

一）信徒相交
二）屬靈成長
三）教會事奉
四）傳道宣教
